You must be satisfied with all of our products. You can return or exchange any standard parts which don't fit your application as intended. We're easy to work with and want you to be glad you know about us.
Ordering
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx & Discover for orders placed online or by phone. In addition we accept PayPal for online orders, and e-invoicing is also available. Schools, governments, and hospitals are welcomed to submit N/30 purchase orders, with terms available to all others by application. Please call or write to inquire.
Shipping
Shipping fees for US-bound web orders track roughly with current retail rates for US Mail. Orders up to $15.00 value ship via First Class for $6.10, while higher-priced orders ship via Priority mail or UPS Ground service. Flat rate postage is applied as follows; $10.40 for merchandise up to $40.00, $13.75 for merchandise up to $80.00, $17.05 for merchandise up to $170.00 and $22.45 for all orders valued above $170.00.
US mail will be used for all deliveries to PO Box. Please contact us for expedited shipping options.
Price Discounts
Our web page doesn't provide automatic discounts, so for orders of over $250 you may want to call or email to request a quote.
We offer standard discounts for stock components and assemblies. Standard discount rates are 5% off for merchandise totaling $250 or more and 10% off merchandise totaling $500 or more. Some restrictions apply to available discounts, and additional discounts may apply for large orders (exceeding $750).
Custom Orders
We will create any configuration you need with our existing parts. There is no charge for the design, and our standard pricing applies to whatever components are used. Custom plates are comparably priced, but larger quantities may require 3-4 weeks lead time.
