You must be satisfied with all of our products.
You can return or exchange any standard parts which don't fit your application as intended. We're easy to work with and want you to be glad you know about
us.
Ordering
We accept Purchase Orders from, schools, governments, and all institutions. Terms N/30
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express orders are welcome, and we can also send you an invoice.
Shipping
Shipping is 7% of the total of the products ordered, unless
the order is less than $100,
for which shipping is either
$7 for UPS, or 7% if the order can be mailed.
Please be sure to provide a Street Address that UPS can deliver
your order to.
Price Discounts
Our web page doesn't provide price discounts,
so for orders of over $250 you may want to order by email, PO, fax, or phone.
We'll include literature and pricing with every new order shipped.
For non-web orders, please take 5% off for orders totaling $250 or more.
A 10% discount applies to $500 or more. Shipping is
calculated after the discounts.
Quotations are available for larger quanties.
Custom Orders
We will create any configuration you need with our existing parts.
There is no charge for the design, and our standard pricing applies to whatever components are used.
Custom plates are comparably priced, but larger quantities may require 3-4 weeks lead time.
