Self-Adhesive Steel security plates are designed for low value mini speakers, calculators, etc.. For higher security, use GN or GW plates, or add security screws to the NP3R. 

These popular self-adhesive plates work with all of our cables, are easily installed, and give 375 lbs of holding power. The plates can be removed by applying heat to them, which makes them useful when you need a temporary security anchor that doesn't mar your furniture. 

You just peel off the protective backing, then press the plate firmly onto your equipment.

To remove these plates you heat them with a hair dryer or similar heat source. Once warm they can be pried off.
