Our RC3WT retractable cables anchor to your furniture or fixtures using a vinyl-coated 1/16" x 6" wire cable, providing a strong security attachment that can be removed if necessary. You just insert the wire cable through the hole in the recoiler, wrap it around your fixture, then squash the included sleeve onto the cable (with your vice-grip plier) to complete the anchor loop.
The 3-ft retractable cables recoil when not being used, and can be held when extended with the included cable clip. If you do not want the clip, please choose the "X" option in Table 1 on previous page.
The small tab (1/2"x 1/2") on the security cable end is superglued to your remote control or property. This attachment is not intended to be removed without also removing a chunk of the remote.
The recoilers have been tested for over 100,000 retractions, so are sure to give you lasting protection. Recoiler measures 2" diameter x 3/4" thick. Anchoring hole is 9/64" (3.7mm) diameter.
The retractable cables use our GT2 glue, which will adhere up to 50 of these 1 tab cables, and should be ordered separately.
