Our RC3SPT recoilable cables anchor to your furniture using a one-way 1.5" Phillips head screw that can be removed if necessary. The screw is installed with a regular Phillips screwdriver, which will also remove the screw.
This screw anchor is intended for use when you are managing equipment not subject to the risk of theft. It is useful for temporary installations, or for situations where equipment is often moved.
The 3-ft recoilable cables retract when not being used, and can be held when extended using the included cable clip. If you do not want the clip, please choose the "X" option in Table 1 on previous page.
The small tab (1/2"x 1/2") on the security cable end is superglued to your remote control or property. This attachment is not intended to be removed without also removing a chunk of the remote.
The security recoilers have been tested for over 100,000 retractions, so are sure to give you lasting protection. Recoiler measures 2" diameter x 3/4" thick. Anchoring hole is 9/64" (3.7mm) diameter.
The recoilable cables use our GT2 glue, which will adhere up to 50 tabs, and should be ordered separately.
